Privacy Policy

Effective from: July 2026 (Last updated: 15 July 2026

01

Who we are

RP Digital Studio Ltd, The Brambles, 19 Ironstone Road, Burntwood, Staffordshire, WS7 1NB. We are the data controller and you can contact us at studio@rpdigitalstudioltd.com.

02

Our apps respect your privacy by design

Peg Draw, Peg Draw Keeper, Clay Buster, Run & Gun and Wild Ledger are designed to respect your privacy and only collect the minimum data needed to run the apps and improve them over time.Children. Our apps are intended for adults participating in shooting and field sports. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.Your app records remain on your device until you delete them. Removing an app removes all of its data. We hold no copy.

03

Location services in our apps (optional)

Some of our apps — Peg Draw, Peg Draw Keeper, Clay Buster, Run & Gun and Wild Ledger — offer optional features that use your device's precise location (GPS), such as finding nearby shooting grounds or fetching local weather for a shoot record. These features only work if you choose to grant location permission when your device asks. When you use them, your precise coordinates are sent to the relevant lookup service — Run & Gun uses Open-Meteo for weather and OpenStreetMap / Overpass for finding ranges — solely to return the result; we do not receive, store or log your location, and nothing is linked to your identity, as the apps still have no accounts. You can decline or turn off location permission at any time in your device settings, and every app continues to work fully with location features off by entering details manually.

04

Microphone (Run & Gun only)

Run & Gun can use your device's microphone as a shot timer. When you start a stage, the app listens for the sound of your shots so it can time your run and count them.

This is entirely optional. You can use the manual stop button or simply type your time instead, and the app works fully without ever granting microphone access.

While a stage is running, the app measures the sound level coming through the microphone on your device, in the moment, purely to detect a shot. Any temporary audio stays on your phone and is discarded when the stage ends. It is never uploaded, never shared, and we never receive it or hold a copy.

05

What this website collects

If you use our contact form we collect the details you enter so we can reply. If you sign up for “notify me” on a product page we collect your email address so we can let you know when that product is available. We also collect basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in our server logs to keep the site secure and diagnose problems.

06

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data; we may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us run this website (for example Wix) and send emails, under contracts that require them to protect your data; app and book purchases are handled by Apple, Google, Amazon and other retailers under their own privacy policies.

07

How long we keep data

We keep contact form messages and notify-me signups only for as long as we reasonably need to deal with your enquiry or keep you updated, and to meet any legal or accounting requirements; you can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing studio@rpdigitalstudioltd.com.

08

Your rights under UK GDPR

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time by posting a new version on this page; if the changes are important we may highlight them on the site; if you have any questions about this policy or your data, please contact studio@rpdigitalstudioltd.com.

11

Delete your Data

Set & Shot stores all your records only on your device — there is no cloud account and RP Digital Studio Ltd holds no copy of your data.

To delete individual records: open the entry, trap, document or photo in the app and delete it directly — this removes it immediately and permanently.

To delete everything: uninstall Set & Shot. This deletes all diary entries, trap records, firearm and ammunition data, documents and photos stored by the app, with nothing retained anywhere afterwards.

Firearm serial numbers and certificate numbers are held in your device's secure keystore and are deleted the same way — either individually within the app, or entirely when the app is uninstalled.

12

Advertising and in-app purchases (Lyra Blocks)
Lyra Blocks is free to play. It's supported by in-app advertising and optional in-app purchases, including a one-off Remove Ads purchase.
Adverts are served through a third-party advertising platform (currently AppLovin MAX), which may route ads through a number of certified advertising partners. To show and measure adverts, these partners can access general device information, an advertising identifier (for example, Android's Advertising ID), approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with the ads shown. Lyra Blocks has no user accounts, so none of this is ever linked to a name, email address, or anything else that identifies you personally.
Where required — for example for users in the UK or EEA — you'll be asked to give or decline consent to personalised advertising the first time ads would appear. You can change this choice at any time from within the app's settings, or directly from your device's own ad settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads, where you can opt out of ads personalisation or reset your advertising identifier).
Each advertising partner processes data under its own privacy policy, published on that partner's own website. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, how those third parties handle data beyond what's described here.
In-app purchases (such as Remove Ads) are handled entirely by Google Play's own billing system. We never see or store your payment details.
As with all our apps (see Section 02), Lyra Blocks does not knowingly show targeted advertising to, or collect data from, children under 13.
